Parse-Crontab-English

This module takes a parsed data structure from Parse::Crontab and turns the
scheduled run times into something that's a bit more readable. So instead of
having to parse through

    0 21 * * * * some_shell_script.sh

you'll get an explanation like 'Once, at 21h00'. Although I guess I want 'Once
daily, at 21h00'.

Longer lists will be expanded completely, but a shorter description will be
available, so 'at the hours 6h00, 7h00, 8h00, 9h00, 10h00, 11h00, 12h00, 13h00,
14h00, 15h00, 16h00, 17h00, 18h00, and 19h00, at :45 after the hour' will also
be available as '14 times, starting at 6h45, and ending at 19h45'.
